Can you please tell us where the rates are high, if you are talking about Islamabad property so the rates are stable and growing slowly.
In karachi and lahore DHA, they are high as hell.
Property rates in DHA valley have been improved in Lilly & Oleander blocks where DHA homes are located. Now kind of settled but likely to come up again after DHA home delivery which is not very far from now.
MR is not stupid when it come to make money. He ran away, right! but now as He is spending money like crazy in valley, how come He lose the value of a developed place, having the size of a parallel Islamabad?
He is spending money and He will make money by selling residential as well as commercials. He is now levelled with DHA and both will mint money now from this much awaited, much blamed and much delayed project. Dam game is still on but there is lot of possessed area apart from the dam which could be developed and used for more business.
