I am thinking to get seventy to eighty thousands per month revenue from shop rental properties.
How much investment is needed for Lahore, Sargodha or Islamabad/Rawalpindi etc.
Should the shops be already rented out . or vacant or under construction?

In Islamabad there are different kind of shops available in different places with different ranges. in Islamabad approximately you can get 50 to 55 thousand rs rent by investing 75 to 80 lac rupees depends on location in shape of shops.
Under constructions shops and rented out shops are a bit cheaper however vacant shop is expensive.
