Required help where to buy a plot/confusion

Dear friends,

I have little amount equal to 35 lakhs to buy a plot and then construct my home there.

I have two options to follow:-

  1. Buy cheap priced plot in low priced society such as shadab colony, near Pak Arab, Feeroz Pur Road, Lahore (5 marla plot = 15 lakh to 25 lakhs). Should i buy plot @15 lakh, then construct a good home but society is low.

  2. Dha rahbar phase ii, (5 marla plot 20+)Defence Road, Lahroe near Valencia.

Should i buy plot in dha rahbar phase ii then wait to collect more money to build house.

Please guide me about this matter. Thanx and regards.

I will not recommend you to buy a house in any unpopular society because ap apnay liye sirf ghar dekh rehay hain but plz invest somewhere jahan agar apko kabhi ghar sell karna parta ha (Allah na kare) tou foran foran bik sake.

For example, esi bht ci societies hain jahan pe plots/ghar k rates bht zayada hain but investor wahan invest nahi karna chata. Aur esi bht ci socities hain jahan rates kam hain but investor apnay pesay lagana chata ha.

Tou ap sirf ghar bananay ko mat dekhain balke is factor ko bhi consider karein k kal ko apki property ka rate or value ho aur aik kisam ka liquid cash ho k jab dil kare bech doa.

I would recommend DHA rahber phase 2 (agar wahan posession ha).

If you can wait for a few years then u r better off buying a plot in sui-gas phase 2 (10 marla) now and build home after 3 4 years when they give posession.

Now the question is construction,

5 marla double story say behtar ha ap 10 marla single story bana lein ta k apko anay walay waqt mein bachoun ki shadioun k time pareshani na ho.

else, if you budget is reaLLY limited then 5 marla hi constrct kar lein.

I am not a property dealer nor do I have any plots but yad rakhein. Jis property dealer ko jo jaga zayada profit dea gi. They will try to sell it to you.

LIMITED BUDGET SOCHTAY SOCHTAY koi esi chez na lea lein ga jis ka koi future na ho.

Another example, kal ko ap ye ghar rent karna chatay hain tou rent kahan zayada aye ga ? Which society is more lucrative etc.

Bahria town dur ha but lucrative option ha is budget mein.

Then lake city bhi hain.

NFC 2 and state-life 2 bhi hain but wahan posession mein time lage ga. Depends on how long u can wait.

Afzal, naturally DHA Rahbar is better. Plus it’s price will increase and accessibility will get better with the construction of ring road southern loop. I believe it will pass through close to DHA-R.
