Residential plot near the new airport and easy access to peshawar

Hi,

I am looking to invest between 30 to 40 lakhs for 15 marla to 20 marla residential plot to live in, i mean buy the plot now and build a house may be in the next 5 or more years inshallah.

Currently most of my family & friends live in peshawar and mardan so i need to be near the motor way or peshawar road but within a mile or two from the new islamabad airport.

Any expert advice wether to buy in one of the g15, g16, f15, f17? Or any other recommendation please will be much appreciated.

I would like to stay away from overcorwded and congested areas, i will prefer a house on a higher ground area and where more open space is in or around rather than too much commercialised and traffic jams and shops everywhere.

D17 non possession plots are in your budget. Top of the line development. A bit faraway from the noise of new airport and very close to sanjani interchange plus approximately 60% people living in D17 and D18 speak pushto.

30 to 40 for 15-20 marla seems challenging. D17 plots Naeem sahb are very expensive now even those 30x60 non posession are over 40 plus.

I spent few hours today and come to the conclusion that I can see myself living anywhere in Zone 2.

If I increase my budget to 50-60 lakh for 15-20 marla plot than what? Will you still recommend D17 & D18?

I prefer more open spaces, wide streets and house on on a higher ground....

I would still recommend D17 & D18 because they suits you according to your requirements and very close to your budget other areas have gone up. After 5 years they would at today’s G13 prices.

30x70 anywhere between 64 to 72 laks

50x90: 85-110 lakhs

D-18:

60 x 90: 60lakh to 85lak

@ Typhoon … Any idea for plot rate of 30x80 in D-17 ? Also any estimate on what a single story house of 30x80 might cost in D-17?

There are only couple of plots of 30x80. Price is around 72.

30x70 houses are around 140 to 175

I say D18 is much better because you can get a kanal in 70 to 80 price at a better street. No doubt both sectors have really good access and location. Also security is good.
