I am planning to buy a 1 kanal plot in bahria enclave but i heard some rumors that still no noc has been issued from cda for bahria enclave?
Also, how would you compare buying a 1 kanal plot in topcity instead of bahria enalcve? Or any other better option for 2 - 3 years investment?
Adeel sb, yes, BE does not have NOC from CDA, but I think if you buy a possession plot in developed sectors, I don't see any harm in it.
On the other hand, TC, 1 kanal plot in B block could give you good return in the 2 to 3 years time frame.

I agree, if you are buying plot with possession there is no harm. I have a 10 marla plot in c1 under construction. The area is getting populated quickly.

Is it safe to buy in BE M Block? They are saying possession will be given in a year?
Also, what is the status of DHA Phase 2 Ext? Will they be giving possession in the next 3 - 4 years?
DHA looks the safest to me :)
Anything could happen in BE, unless you get the possession.
Phase II ext few starting blocks are getting into shape...
No one can exactly guarantee about the timeframe of possession.
