Is it okay to invest in soan garden phase 2 islamabad? What are the other options in the same price range?
No copmarisin among other societies and phase 2 with respect to price.bcs no one other society can provide to deliver plots in such a cheeper cost. The other societis near by is Ichs town and statelife which charge 8lac only for 5 marla and soan charge 5lac for 6 marla
Yeah I heard the same, I heard they had some issues previously like delayed development and their are some rumors about the society on the web. Are you aware about any? I’m just afraid of frauds and scams as I’m abroad and cannot verify personally. Any inputs/personal experiences in this regard will be highly appreciated.
