Is there any database available for sold properties? It will be very helpful for overseas buyers to analyse the actual price values of the property.
If there is not existing, in my views, it can be generated and to view that data base can be paid with nominal fee.

brother you can check listings on Zameen.com. They will provide you a glimpse of past values of properties.
Zameen.com has a large number of listings on the portal. Check them out.

Good idea brother.Though,It is not impossible to create such data,but unfortunately here in pakistan,it is not created.If created by someone he is reluctant to share it.Zameen often share graphical representation of past and current trends,helping out many :)
