People with US nationality are not under any more pressure than before. Things will not change enough to make them return. There will be no surge in Pakistan property as a consequence.
However, there is indeed a significant rise of the far-right sentiments in Europe and North America. This strengthening of the far right elements in the political process will make it difficult for people to move to the West. But that's about it. Those already there will not return unless another major event happens for which Muslims are blamed.
