80% dealers put wrong pics, location and price on Zameen,com and OLX. When you call them, they give foolish arguments as if they are champion of dealings. But in fact with the passage of time they get less response as compared to genuine one. So its not restricted to Syed brothers only, its our social behaviour. But ultimately they would be losers.

Degree of morality in out society is quite low in general and in real estate agent community in particular.
Exceptions are always there.
