I'm overseas pakistani, i have 6,7 million rs. To invest right now.
I'm looking for a property which can be bought with a payment plan of 18 months or more.
My questions are as follows:
1) what are the options available? Can i buy a plot of 10 marla / 1 kanal in good housing societies with 6 million rs?
2) if options of monthly installment available then my budget can be increased to 11, 12 million rs, what are my options then?
I'm looking for long-term investment.

If you have budget of 10million or more try to investment in dha lahore its safe
DHA 9 Town is very good.
They are expecting it 5 Marla to go to 75-80 Lac by 2016 First Quarter.
