I am about to buy a plot in a cda sector for the first time. The step i am most worried about is possession. How will i know for sure that the plot is now in my possession? Who will give me the possession, the seller or cda? And how? Also, should i make the payment before possession, or after? I will be grateful if someone can address these questions.
You will get the allotment letter from CDA, which will make u owner of the plot…

You will make payment, once the transfer procedure has been completed in the CDA office. Issuance of allotment letter takes some time.
