A dealer is telling me that dha-3 rawalpindi 5 marla plot going 71 lac minimum. Is that true? Online prices seems widely different. Does anyone have idea about it?
Its not true. Dha phase 3 Ex-Serene city Sector A plot size 5.33 marla cost around 45~48 lakhs depending on the location ;and in Sector B 5 marla falls between 38~ 42 lakhs again depending on the location.
Please note that sector is 2.5 Km from GT road whereas Sector B is around 6~8 Km.

Dear Brother it is not true at all. Some dealers are selling RRR initiative and quoting huge numbers but nothing is on ground in terms of RRR project and its proposed route. In terms of prices 35-45 lacs bracket is realistic depending upon the location of the plot.
