Try 02 files of DHA Valley
DHA valley, 8 Marla good location plots in Oleander & Lilly blocks are now selling at 12 lacs profit whereas 4 Marla commercials are hard to find. People are only pricing them. No one want to sell before the handover.
Go buy some national saving certificates 
I would suggest to buy a 5 marla file in DHA Valley lilly or oleander block. To me that looks very promising opportunity.
You can try your luck in Faisal Residencia - this is a pvt project.
Another option is TopCity 5 marla file around 17.5 lacs. Good investment till the opening of new airport.
