Which society is better b-17 or top city-1 for purchasing plot and construction of house for selling?
Top city.
B-17 is better option because with possession and many families are living in B block and lot of new construction in B,C and E block.
TC will take time for livable.

Does anyone have any idea about do the housing units sell in B-17? How is the turnover period like in B-17 on average, what sort of community lives there

B 17 is currently being occupied with most of the people who travel to Taxilla or Wah Cantt for their jobs or business.
Very Few People are living there who commute to Islamabad due to the current distance.Once MA is operational than things will get a boost.MA has been pending now for 5 years now.

Capital Smart City is not a Smart City, if you know what smart city means. CSCI can be an IT based City, at best to manage things efficiently but for god sake don't take common people as complete idiots. Even if CSCI delivers 200% on their promise, it cannot be a Smart City. Smart City is a much advanced concept.
Dont be surprised, if someday Habib Rafiq back off from this, like DHA backed off from DHA City Lahore. So far no mention of CSCI on HRL website
