Recently, i visited y sector of phase 7 and i was surprised to see that its not constructed for ling time.
I am bit inclined to buy plot there and make my house but i wants to know why prices are stagnant and why people have not preferred to make houses there?
May be because there is drain there? I am not sure if its real drain or irrigation water? It was covered. Any thought on this?
I guess because its the last and distant part from main locations ? or may be it requires long distance to move to main and prime locations?
Please advise your opinion on the factors.
