2 kanal house construction Islamabad (grey structure on labour rate required)

Hello

I'm building a new 2 kanal home for myself in bahria enclave, Islamabad. It's very contemporary home of 7200 sqft (ground+first floor) on solid land without any raft. I'm looking for experienced & reliable labour rate contractor who can perform job on time (very important) & competitive rate. After successful venture there will be more construction sites awarded as i build home to sell as well.

I recently moved from lahore so thats why want to build a new team in islamabad. For furnishing i already have my own team and also don't need any offer with material.

I'll be using hollow concrete bricks of banu mukhtar for construction which size is 1.5 times of normal brick in terms of height.

1. Kindly give reference of your past work if any in bahria enclave especially.

2. Share your labour rate clearly inclusive of work details which will be done in it

3. Share time frame in which you can complete grey structure.

We are constructing houses in Bahria Town Rawalpindi Islamabad.there are one canal and one 10 marla house under construction.I am also working in Bahria Enclave and can ve available in bahria enclave 9am to 5 pm eccept sunday (on sunday available in bahria phase 8 ).

with material for Grey structure from 1600 to 1800 which can be discussed accordingly

For Grey structure labour rate approx 400 to 450 per sft and depends upon drawings especially steel quantity and shuttering
