I have a 5 marla plot on which i want to build a house now. Please can someone guide as to how much of a budget i would need to finish the house construction, with a class and b class both?

Around 27 lacs for B class finish and 35 lacs for A class finish if you go for it yourself. If you go for a turnkey contract with a builder than you can add a fair margin of around 5 to 6 lacs in above figures.
