Structure of both floors
Internal & external plaster
PCC floor on ground floor & screed concrete on first floor
PVC conduit pipes be laid in walls , under floors & slabs
Water supply & gas supply pipes
Fixing door frames (chokhats)
Sewerage & waste water pipes be laid in bath rooms & kitchens
Construction of man holes

The rate i quoted is for A class construction work.However finishing depends upon your choice . You can finish it in Rs.500/sft ---Rs.1500/sft. It means complete work cost ranges from Rs.1700/sft to Rs.2700/sft
Paints, electric wiring, lights , marble, tiles, doors. Aluminium windows are not included in my quoted rate(Rs.1200/sft)
