The actual calculation will depend on a lot of factors specific to your circumstances e.g. Whether you are salaried, businessman, NRP, whether its a purchase or construction etc. As a rough estimate, according to the existing rates you are likely to pay back almost 80 lakhs over a 10 year period and roughly 100 lakhs over a 20 year period.
