Thanx, for single story my budget is 30 lakh, I want to build 2 bed rooms , t.v. Lounge , dining, drawing room, kitchen ,. For single unit cover area 1500 sq ft .pls guide me many thanks.
You can go with single storey but elevation should be double storey from front.

It`s up to you that you want to construct single story or more. To make it more confirm, you may visit their office as there can be some new policies for it. But as per my knowledge, you are allowed to construct single story.
