I am planning to start construction after buying my own plot (5 to 10 Marla), and I was looking for following locations.
Can you guide me which one is better for construction if I start it after 6-months.
1- Lake City
2- Khayaban-e-Amin
3- Fazaia

Fazaia … Reason as its Backed by PAF… An name we can rely ON!!
But fazaia is too far… More close to Raiwind.

In reference to other two societies fazaia is near. If you travel on raiwind road… First fazaia society than after 3.5km its lake city. And Khayaban-e-amin is off raiwind off about 3-4km…
Fazaia definitely. The society is well planned, layout is good and with all landscaping developed it gives a very good feel. The riawind, sundar estate, motor way, canal is within minutes. Also due to proximity of jati umra, the infrastructure will stay in good shape.
