What are cda constructions by laws. I checked cda website, there is pdf document stating bylaws of 1993.
Those are still valid or cda issued any amendments in that? If yes then from where i can get latest copy? If any valued member of this forum has the information, please share it.
Does private housing societies like bahria, multi and others has same cda by laws or their own ?

Every private society has its own by laws but if the society falls under CDA than it needs to follow certain laws of CDA e.g they have to leave space in the front and back side in all size of plots than kinal has to leave space on 4 sides.In bahria on 10 marla you have to leave space from 3 sides.(Bahria Town bylaws not CDA).You can find out the bylaws from the concerned societys head office.
