I purchased a plot in mumtaz city. At the time of purchase i paid utility charges and price of plot all payments through cheque and utility charges also mention in the agreement. Dealer confirm at that time that there is no pending payments. But now i checked that they not deposit utility charges to society.
How to handle this. I have all the prove of payments and agreement clearly mentioned that plot price plus utility deal.
