There are lots of societies in islamabad without noc or with canceled noc by cda, a big question is “how this will effect the plot/file holders” or in other words “what action cda will take at the end and how this will effect the plot holders and what can be the worst.” because lots of construction is already done in these societies how this will effect them.

CDA is planning to revise its master plan of Islamabad and Zoning regulation.As per supreme court direction for legalization the banni gala theses societies will be regularized after penalized providing the basic facilities like parks and grave yards.
