If we buy a plot through a dealer how can we confirm if the plot documents he gave us are ok, and the plot is now on our name. I am living abroad, is there any online method to check this specially for plots in sectors under cda?
There is no online way to check the authenticity.
In order to make any deal in CDA sector buyer and seller need to be physically there.
CDA doesn`t have this facility yet to confirm the ownership of plot under owners name.
Plus no Transfer be made without sellers and buyers being physical presence.
