The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has recently put in more efforts in order to facilitate its customers. In a bid to provide more advantage to its clients, as LDA has plans to improve further improve its one-window cell facility.
The LDA one-window cell will now provide more services. The additional services , include including the provision of completion and no-objection certificates (NOCs), along with plot transfers. Also, the zonal officer present at the LDA one-window cell has received instructions to provide approvals for 5-marla building plans within 5 days. For buildings plans ranging from 10 marlas to 2 kanals, the officer will have to provide approvals within 10 days. For buildings plans of 1 kanal to 6 kanals, the officers are instructed to will ensure approval issue issuance the approval within 15 days.
This improved version of the LDA one-window cell facility will surely bring ease to the public seeking approvals for their buildings plans without delays. Let’s hope that the LDA sticks to its commitments and the public does receives the proposed intended the benefits.
