What is the simplest and most efficient way to utilize agricultural land?

Hi,

I own 28 marlas/1.4 kanals near motorway city, Lahore. Currently its sale price is low and I want to keep it for next 5 years.

My question is that in the meanwhile how can I utilize this empty plot?

My idea is to rent it out to any nursery owner who can utilize this land and grow flowers etc on it.

Make two rooms and let any poor family live there for free and grow trees, keep chickens etc for my use under the resident family safety.

Would you like to give some other suggestion too or I would like to contact any nursery owner too who can guide me more on it.

You can have boundary wall and then can do gardening for your own kitchen needs and believe me that your own grown vegetables will be far much better than pesticides sprayed vegetables from market.

and can send surplus to your friends as gift :-)

Thanks Ali for reply. But I can’t stay there and don’t have ample time too for gardening due to my profession. I think I will have to find someone who can live there and I won’t take rent and will get this done by them for their as well as my use.
