We have 1 acre commercial plot on the main road of turbat city which is located one and half hour away from gwader port city and this city also located on western cpec route.
I plan to construct a shopping mall with the help of a builder/developer.
Or if you guys have any other suggestions,kindly advise how i can develop this land to get maximum profit in future.
Can any guru out there reply me how to develop my commercial plot please?
