"Bahria Town Karachi" please share information

Hello friends,
As we all know Bahria Town Karachi trades like stock exchange here in karachi, rates vary throughout the day and it all comes down to "demand and supply".
My question is simple yet anybody who is interested in btk should know:
-what is the total number of files in each size and category ? 125, 250 and 500 yards ?
-what was the number before "cancellation" of files and what is the number now ?
-what is the total number of plots on the map (plan) in each 125 yard, 250 yard and 500 yard residential plots ?

These are very crucial questions to the one who is going to invest, kindly shed some light on it as it will help many of us around.

Bahria Town Karachi is like lottery ticket if you have some extra amount then think for play.

If you have extra amount and you can hold the file for longer period of time then you can invest on Bahria town. Because after completion of bahria town karachi, prices will be increase. But if you are planning to invest for shorter period of time then you can invest on DHA city karachi because it will be livable by 2016.

Judging from BT history, they will sell as many plots irrespective of any plan or land and then try to acquire as much land as possible. Next they would force the price downwards and buy back the excess plots sold before completing the development.
