Airport enclave (former khudadad city) is not gaining momentum. Usually dealers argue that its owner anjum aqeel is not trustworthy, notorious & possesses political background. I think this repute is associated to malik riaz too. So, why airport enclave is failed to attract market?
Bcuz malik riaz has delivered while anjum aqeel is just trying to cash its location. You cant see a single block of Airport enclave developed among six blocks launched more than a decade ago.
