Dear experts, one of my friend got letter from awami villas rawalpindi who own file that they have three options;
I. Surrender file and can take refund
Ii. Get merger with other bahria town schemes in rwp/isb
Iii. Get plot in karachi with balloting.
Is it true?
Is this option open for all file owners?

Yes they are doing it since January this year.
