Investors get fed up with Multi management.Multi is not serious with B-17.B-17 ka sath soteli Maa jaisa salook kiya ja raha hai.Nothing any new development in D or E block.If there's anything that's important to a reporter.it is integrity.It is credibility.Unfortunately Multi losing credibility.
D block:It is as it was and nothing any progress.
E block:No access and going worthless because of D block issue.
F block:This project is for next generation so forget maybe it will good for your grandson inshAllah.
Let's hope for best because uncertainty is the refuge of hope.

Strange thing is that a few dealers who were promoting Multi earlier are now sending sms messages for Faisal Town regarding sale and purchase.

Multi dealers are more strong than Multi management that's why genuine investors especially overseas are suffering.Multi is losing credibility and afraid to launch any new project.Chaudhry Sab is fully involve in his own project FT and completely forgot B-17 which was one of best project in zone2.What a selfish Chaudhry who attract dealers with something extra.

MPCHS is working diligently to resolve the Block-D issue in B-17. There are 03 options under consideration:
1) Acquire all the Block-D from the villagers but in return they are asking high payments.
2) Acquire complete "Manzare Kohsar" and adjust Block-D plot holders there.
3) Acquire land between Block-A and Block-E, right below "Labor Colony" and adjust Block-D plot holders there.
They are seriously working on point 01 but if it fails they have backup options.

Rest assure, your investment in MPCHS are in safe hands. I am not a promoter nor a dealer. I am a simply allotte.
The thing is why people cant understand MPCHS is a cooperative society not a one man show. The board of directors have o be on one side for planning and execution of a project.
There are 03 reasons or declining price in B-17:
1) Overall decline in real estate business.
2) Genuine MPCHS investors are looking forward for "Multi Enclave" and the have and are having hold of their capital for it.
3) Baseless rumors from people who dont know ground realities. They are promoting, false hopes and baseless rumors from other failed societies. I am not taking their names, what they have delivered from past 10 years.

Multi is failed in B-17 and ROS then how they can launch Multi Enclave?First of all Multi should clear old projects where people are suffering.If they will launch Multi Enclave then it will be second F block of B-17 because there is Gulberg and Bahria not like zone2 where just Multi is king.There is no any MA in Multi Enclave area but good developers.Multi have to show good things especially in B-17 where innocent people are stuck with hard earn money.First of all clear D block and access to E and F block then i can say Multi is serious with B-17.Prices are going down on daily bases because of greedy management who don't like to spend money for development and continuously ignoring.

Prices are attractive now for potential genuine buyers and people are once again going to multi B-17 developed blocks as with good development and cheap prices in comparison to other societies of areas. If Multi management show some real commitment to balloting and development and possession in under developed blocks and Residencia, situation may improve quickly.
Yesterday was supposed to be start of development work on F- BLOCK and E block mosque building. Did anybody attend the starting ceremony? any new announcement for B-17? Any update on possibility of linking F-BLOCK with motorway?

Blasting has to be stopped
Toll Plaza Issue at Tarnol
Margalla Avenue construction
Access to E and F Block through new route from A Block
Clearance of D Block which he now promised before 31 Dec 2015
E Block Masjid is supposed to be completed in 2 years(Digging already completed) and F Block development work has started.
Lets hope it turns out to be positive development for B 17
Ch is a big goon, why in the world he announced first three priorities for which he can do nothing. With D block clearance deadline shifting till Dec, the ‘crazy doctor’ will skin them alive. Sorry guys, I can’t protect the management from their inevitable destiny.

ISLOO ,agree with you as multi is trying to take credit for things which are in government hands.
People can now easily see where is wrong and multi management is held responsible what they have done with people. Even after December 2015 they may relocate the D block and ask for another 1 year or so
I could not understand that when all knows that there is land issuse in D block,why people are not selling these plots and going the good ones like Dha 9 Ext,Dha Multan or to some extend Dha city Lahore.
Another news in daily Jang, of today regarding approval of PC-1 of MA by a three member technical committe and supreme court instruction to resolve the dispute.
