The prices of residential plots in sector B-17 are falling at the moment. Population of B-block is increasing. Around 600 families already shifted. Is it a good time to buy commercial shops in b sector.
If yes, any reliable builder in b block.
What things we should consider before paying down payment to builder when buying a commercial shop.

Aren't they stable...
Plus commercial investment is always an attractive investment, but as per my evaluation, commercial properties are over rated and over priced in B-17.
You can get very better options in less price that too commercial.
Yes nasir bhai, residential plots seems to touch sort of stable range.
But commercial shops are around 15000 rupees -20000 rupees per aquare foot.
What other better options do we have ?
Is it not a good option in the long run ( say after two years) , if payment is on installment. ?
This rate is very high for sector like b-17.

About residential plots in B-sector prices seems stable from last 3-4 months.
