Bahria paradise prices are much high and its a game of bahria brokers ,who raised the price of 10 marla(250 yards) by 10 lacs after seeing people trend towards 10 marla but now they are going down…so highly preferable not to invest in it right now as it is going down and will go down no matter how heavily they advertise…
