Bahria Town Lahore to have more options for transportation

In a recent development, the Bahria Town Lahore terminated its agreement with Airlift for providing exclusive public transport services within the society as due to this agreement, other such companies were not allowed to provide their services to the residents of the society.

Apparently, the residents had realised that their public transport options were severely limited this way, which is why they sent a complaint to the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP). Upon inquiry, the Bahria Town Lahore said it has cancelled the agreement and now other services would have access to the society and its residents.

Now that the agreement has been terminated with Airlift, the Bahria Town Lahore has complied with the Competition Act 2010. And of course, the residents would be able to choose from among more public transport options, which adds better convenience to their daily routine.
