The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has invited bids for the Park Enclave-II’s development. Once the contract is awarded, the winning bidder would complete some major developments within the project.
The process of inviting bids is part of CDA’s efforts to restart development in the stalled sectors of Islamabad. It comes as good news for any stakeholders of the Park Enclave-II.
Once the contract is awarded, the winning bidder will carry out Park Enclave-II development pertaining to the project’s infrastructure, including development of roads network, box culverts, drainage system, water supply network, streetlights, and sewerage network, and landscaping – like setting up parks and green areas.
Hopefully, the Park Enclave-II development efforts will continue at a good pace.
