I want to construct my home of 1 kanal, i am building basement also, i want to understand the cost for constructing the home. I understand construction charges of 1300-1600/sqft. But now the prices has changed after pak rupee devaluation. Please guide me the construction charges.
1. Please explain what are the new sqft rates with different types of material brick a / b etc.
2. What are the charges of constructing basement.
3. What are the charges for full construction per sqft including finishing, roof, tiles, washrooms, woodwork, doors/windows etc.
4. It will be great if you can elaborate cost for finishing work individually.
5. It will be great if you can elaborate cost differences in latest hike that will be great also.

Basement charges: 1800-2000,
Ground and first floor charges from 1350-1500.
Finishing charges will depend on how far you want to go as its all depends on your choice.
These are general rates, as exact rate will come out after checking your structural drawings
