Just saw on Facebook that DHA Multan has given the development charges details (and possible discounts) as mentioned in the allocation letters. So, I thought I should share it with the folks here as well:
The development charges will be applicable as follows:
The ballot plot holders and OL/Cash file holders (with plots in Sectors M, Q, R, U, H, A & V) will have to pay the development charges from September 30 – in 8 instalments for 2 years.
The society has given a discount on lump-sum payments of development charges. 10% rebate for those who pay theirs before December 31,2020 and 5% for those who pay it after December and before June 30 next year.
The concerned members will soon be getting their formal letters soon with all the development charges details and payment schedules.
