Is there a possibility of connecting the sector with the proposed Kashmir highway till the airport and if so isn’t the sector best of all the three sectors i.e. I 14 15 and 16 for investment.
If it is proposed in the development plan, then there are chances that I-16 will be connected to Kashmir highway.
And lets just suppose, if it happens, I-16 will be a gold mine in my view. Lol....

I don’t think so, it was worth investing before a year, prices were too low but after the road connection plan, prices doubled, but again now, after the cancellation of that plan, prices are falling in I-14/15 and I16, and will continue falling, plus no development from last so many years, so i won’t recommend these sectors, try G-13.
