In a recent update, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) issued a non-objection certificate (NOC) for developing the Gulberg Greens Farm Housing Scheme. The project is located in the beautiful location of Gulberg Greens, Islamabad and offers plots of 4, 5, and 10 kanals for farmhouses.
The issuance of the NOC for the development of the Gulberg Greens Farm Housing Scheme adds to the project’s repute and reliability. Earlier, the CDA had also given the NOC to the Gulberg Residencia housing project. Both projects belong to the Intelligence Bureau Employee Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS).
