Gulberg islamabad development status
I would like to confirm if you are asking about Gulberg Residencia or Gulberg Greens, or may be both?
@Sufiyan Bhai, please add to it "Which block of Gulburg Residencia" has developed 1 Kanal & 2 Kanal plots and is ready is construct a house and live there.
Moreover, if you could shed some light on the price range of such developed plots (1 & 2 kanal), it would be great.
As far as i know there are 1 and 2 kanal plots in block A, B, C, J, E,and S. The 1 kanal plots here are fully developed and available for possession. Many houses are under construction as well. But the 2 kanal plots in blocks A and B are not developed yet.
In blocks A & B, the prices for 1 kanal plots range between Rs 85 lakh and Rs 1.6 crore. I am not so sure about prices in other blocks.

Brother which Gulberg are you taking about which has 40-50 lac rupees kanal plots ?
