Is there a possibility to start a thread where we can all give our inputs regarding the various housing societies in different zones.
The inputs be based on an outlook of the society and not on prices including:
* Birth of the society.
* In which zone it falls
* NOC issuance.
* Developers
* Current blocks and any future blocks
* Sizes of plots available
* Possession areas, near possession and those still operating on files
* Development and infrastructure including availability of gas, water, underground or open electricity provisions, roads etc.
The above is not a comprehensive list but I think it will greatly help beginners to analyze the current status of a society.
All this being on a single page will help many who may have to search a lot of forum threads to get a history of a society.
Any inputs by anyone highly appreciated.
Salam! Manzar e kohsar PAST, PRESENT, and FUTURE, concerning the future value of the plots bought by investors from Ahbab Housing society. Is it true that the new society acquiring the Manzar e Kohsar project from Ahbab Society is Multi Professional society? Please elaborate, and advise, if any one on the forum has been affected by such a transaction. It will be a great help for the best of the original investors of the plots who bought the plots from Ahbab Housing Society in this project of Manzar e Kohsar.
