Punjab higher education department has already acquired 852-acres land for this mega project at rakh dera chal located inside (dha phase-7 lahore). Its one of the best initiative for quality education from punjab government.

Whats your opinion about Y block phase7.prices are stuck since long no improvement in prices of phase7 specially new cutting plots.
Knowledge Park is long project, it will not be completed in 1-2 yrs. Education is not priority of our governments rather roads/bridges looks more important. Once its starts on ground it will surely effect the prices of adjacent areas.
One should be realistic & practical, prices of Phase-7 wont compete with Phase-5 even in future. The addittion of Knowledge Park will help to eliminate the negative factor regarding location of Phase-7 in longer run.
As far as Phase-7 prices are stuck, it looks true. Right now, investors focus is on Phase-6 & its prices have increased substantially. The increasing gap between the prices of Phase-6 & 7 will urge investors to tilt towards Phase-7 after 1-2 years, till that time people would have started construction in Phase-7 as well. You can say Phase-7 would be next hot spot in DHA
One more info, Punjab Govt has allocated 20-Acres land next to Knowledge Park for Cancer Hospital & its construction would start next year. So, in coming two years we can expect significant development activity in & around knowledge park Lahore.
