I m one of those ill fated persons who have bought a file in bahria town sector f and my file was not among the first balloting. Now i have paid 5 installments and still no news pn second balloting. Does anyone here know about the plan?
Also i have a file for bahria greens which is considered to be a complete rubbish. F anyone has any updates on both???Bcases
Complete dissapointment from Bahria Town Management on both the projects. From the previous one year they have focused all there energy on Bahria Town Karachi.There are serious issues of land acquisition for both Bahria Greens and Sector F. I recommend we should take our case to consumer court.
I agree, this should be taken to courts as Sector F it is almost 2 years completed and some people still don’t have the plots. And for Greens there is nothing at all. The agents have simply taken the money and gone underground.
Can any1 tell if the case can b made against behria in consumer courts for damages
