Assalam alaikum seniors,

I want to know about mpchs block e or f (5marla or 7marla) for long term investment point of view whether it is good investment (costing around 3m~4m all dues cleared).. Or i should prefer dha valley plot (5marla or 7marla) or gulberg residencia (5marla or 7marla) for same amount(3-4m) ?? I am confused as i personally think gr is best location & dev plot till now, but still need your expert advice..

    Wasay, my brother, I believe you are right. Gulberg Residencia is a better investment option out of the three. It is a decent project, especially if you plan on living. I also believe that you will be able to earn a handsome profit on your investment. Moreover, its market demand is quite good.

      Out of mentioned 3 options

      Gulberg Residencia is best. Price may be some what more than B17.

      2nd option is B17.

      DHA valley must be avoided. Proven example of flop project.
