The area comes under zone1 as per law only cda is authorised to develop it…I confirm you that the developer will not have any NOC from cda for this project you can check it on your own.
But if we buy the land and later if CDA acquire that land we get the price of land.
Land is already CDA property you may get cost of built up property(BUP) if any
