The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan announced the process of plot possessions in Sector M begins this month.
The good news is that following the plot possessions, the administration of DHA Multan is offering a 100% exemption from developmental charges, if allottees start the construction early.
The project also has development underway in various sectors, including sectors A and V – where Sector A has plots of 1 and 2 kanals, and Sector V has plots of 5 and 8 marlas.
Given the current situation in the country, this comes as a great news for people who had plots in DHA Multan’s Sector M. Hopefully, the development in others sectors would also continue without further delay.
