What can be the effects on Bahria Enclave?

Keeping in mind the current cases against Malik Riaz, should I continue to pay the installments of Bahria Enclave?

Right now sale purchase of Bahria is a bit slow due to that case people who are working in Bahria are still very hopeful and there thinking is that this case will not effect Bahria town but exact situation can be clear after court decision. If you are getting a good money and you can change your investment to a CDA sector then i would suggest you go for it.

What do you think even if he lost the case? Do you think the court can seize all projects of Bahria?

Court ka decision jo beh ho Malik Riaz ka project par kam karna walon ke tadad 2000 sa zayada ha, woh jail beh chala gaya tu os ke ulad kabhi projects band kar ka ghar nahi betha gi, kas tor par Bahria Enclave.

Ma G7 ma rehta hoan, ab jo new road bani ha os ka hisab sa sarena hotel sa Bahria Enclave ka gate tak jahan pul ban raha ha srif 11km fasla reh gaya ha, or jasa he pull ban jaya ga gate laga ga tu ap ko andaza ho jaya ga ka kitna fasla itna kam arsa ma complete ho gaya ha.

Is project par jo builder ha os ke hazaron plot han or osi na Bahria Enclave apartment beh soro kar daya ha, ab ya mat pochana ka builder kon ha, agar ap na site visit ke ho new rasta sa tu wahan os ka board laga howa ha.

Thanks, Moghees. My thoughts are similar like yours but still some of my friends misguided me. That's why I did this post to obtain ideas of different peoples. I have visited many times this site and I even prefer it over D-12 of CDA which very popular among Islamabadis. :)

I have heard that they are planing to give possession if someone installments are regular and paid till July 2012? Any idea about it?

CDA ma ek dost ka kehna ha ka log jo installment da raha han os sa yahan salary di ja rahi ha, in ka pass itna fund beh nahi.

Bahria Enclave on the other hand phase 2 soro karna wala ha jo pind bhagwal ka kareeb ha, or os ka rasta murree motor way sa nikalaga, even woh beh D-12 sa kareeb ha.

Possession tu her os customer ko mil rahi ha jo full payment kar da, dekho 2 kisam ka possession hoti han, ek on the paper or dosri on the ground, jisa allocation beh kahta han, abhi fillhal on the paper soro ho gi ha, or woh beh dealer ka laya.

The above comments are very encouraging indeed. I have myself visited the BE site few days, it was very nice to see the development in the area. They have almost 95% developed the Old Map area of BE. So, in my opinion the future looks very good. The rest Allah knows better. Thanks

I have also heard that Bahria Town is going to announce possession in BE near 15th July, 2012. So let see what happens next.
