I was wondering what DHA is going to do with the 1200-Kanal land in Rawat – that the CDA handed over to DHA as per the agreement signed in 2007. CDA had agreed with DHA that it would offer the said land in return for 700 developed plots in Zone-V.
Although the agreement between CDA and DHA was inked back in 2007, it took the efficient CDA authorities over 12 years to actually remove the encroachments and give the land to DHA as per the commitment.
My question is: What purpose is this land going to be used for?
From what I understand it is not exactly near DHA, is it? Is there any other DHA project nearby?
