Question is really in the title. I moved to dha 2 few months ago from lahore. It is so inferior compared to that of lahore’s in terms of infrastructure and commercial area. Why is that?
Then you should have not left Lahore in such case
I visited Dha ph 2 , jacranda is beautiful also view from roads on height and everything beautiful there ,i dont know what you disliked good wide roads , giga mall , FFc building , okay commercial though its boring as hell , people r dry and sad and not like our Lahore everything else is fine there… I lived in sector D and its clean. Perhaps i should spend more time in Dha lahore ?
